1.5.4 ​ USING CONTROL PANEL INSTEAD OF THE SETTINGS APP

Unlike the previous versions of the Windows operating systems, most of the basic settings in Windows 10 are changed through the new settings app rather than the Control Panel. However, there are many settings you can still change from the Control Panel (Those that cannot be changed through the control panel will redirect you to the Settings app). To get access to the Control Panel, press the Windows key on your keyboard, type in Control Panel in the search box and press Enter.
